Our Suppliers - Flour & Kernels

Our wheat flour is from the Poschiavo Valley. They are milled by the cooperation Campicoltura Valposchiavo to our specifications. Of course the products are all organic.


Valposchiavo is, as the valley of Breagalia, an unique oasis of a microclimate that is able to grow some of the best organic raw materials for our breads.


Campicoltura is the initiative in the Poschiavo valley that makes sure that the great quality produce from its dedicated producers in this alpine and fruitful valley is finding its deserved place in the sophisticated market.
