Tips & Tricks - Rye Chips

Don't let your bread dry to a brick the day after your enjoyed a fresh loaf. Here you find some simple tips how to bring aging bread to the next level... again...





Tip:

In the unlikely event that you have not devoured your Danish Rye before it is getting to its end.....





  1. Make sure to cut the leftovers into as thin slices as possible.

  2. Then spread them onto an oven tray

  3. dry/rost them for about 15 min in 180 degrees C.

  4. Then sprinkle them with salt and a decent amount of olive oil to give them that chipsy "feeling".
