The valley of Bregalia, opening the engadin valley to the south-west into Italy has this very traditional familly owned mill "Molino Scartazzini". Scartazzini is the supplier of a number of Kernels and flour for our products.
Scartazzini can be found at the river of the picturesque town of Promontogno. The mill is run by the family Scartazzini over many generations.
Bregalia is, as the valley of Poschiavo an unique oasis of a microclimate that is able to grwo some of the best rawmaterials for our breads.
Scatazzini produces for the increasingly famous cooperation "Grand Alpin". They have a store in Tiefencastle and is always worth a visit while transiting.
