We find it disturbing if bread is only consumed in a traditional "bread-butter-jam" style. Bread deserves so much more, especially if you are privileged to enjoy one of ours ;-)
Tip:
Danish rye should be consumed the danish way. Let your creativity flow free and add any kind of topping. Think about salmon, avocado, humus, , scrambled eggs, spring onion, peppers, shrimps, herring, tomato, coriander, sprouts, cottacge chese, basil,..............
